Cutie Pie Challenge Card

Good morning everyone, hope you all had a lovely Valentines Day? Well it is Cutie Pie Challenge time again, this time the theme was dots and spots, so I thought I would try something a little different.
I went with the latest trend of a card in a box once I had worked out the measurements as all the tutorials I have found use 3/4 of an inch etc and my hougie board does not have those score lines on, so sorted it all out and here it is.

I used my Hougie Board to score the lines and make the card in a box base and the best thing about this is it can fold flat in an envelope. I used some spotty paper from my stash, coloured the image by From The Heart which is really cute. I used some fence die cuts I had and finished with a sentiment from craftwork cards, flowers, bling and butterflies from my stash.
Hope you all like it, take a look at the Cutie Pie Challenge.

Cutie Pie Challenge

Good Morning everyone, hope your all well. The weather has been a little horrible here but hopefully the nicer weather will be here soon.
I made this card for the Cutie Pie Challenge, the theme was valenties. I love the image (from 2 Cute Ink) and it was lovely to colour in using my pro markers.
I added the sunburst effect with two co ordinating papers from the Tilly Daydream series, then added a border on the bottom and topped off with a matha stewart punch border. I added a nestie shape I have and a doiley on top and last to finish a sentiment and some heart bling.
