Morning again everyone, well I have been up to my eyes in christmas cards so thought I would have a little break and went for a birthday card for a little boy. I used the image of the caterpillar https://www.facebook.com/facebook#!/pages/Gems-Handmade-Cards/163273910356037, coloured with pro markers, added some matt and layered card, then added a sentiment and some card candi.

QKR DT Post

Good Morning everyone, well Christmas is not really that far away now to be honest, I still have lots to do though. So thought I would make another Christmas card, here is my DT post for QKR, I used the image of the snowman with a friend http://www.qkrstampede.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi8705&cat=88, coloured them in with pro markers, then matt and layered brown card and red snowflake paper, added washi tape, card candi and a sentiment.

QKR DT Post

Good morning everyone, well it is really windy here in the UK. This time it is the turn of the QKR DT post, the theme was christmas, so I used the image of the raindeer with a ball ball and a present http://www.qkrstampede.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi9405, coloured it in with my pro markers, then added some red mirror card with a swirl embossing on it. Added the backing paper, card candi and sentiment.

Eureka DT Post

Well I have to confess this post is a little late, but I have had some issues at home with my sons school, hopefully all getting sorted now. So sorry for the lateness but they say better late than never.

The theme this time was kids so I used the image of the giraffes http://www.eurekastamps.com/proddetail.php?prod=24908 and added it a tag, the giraffes were coloured with pro markers, then added some backing card I thought this pattern went well with the giraffes as it matches the patter, added some pearls and then made a lable out of it.

QKR DT Post

Good Morning everyone, well that time of year is coming again and it is getting colder. This time its a blog post for QKR.

I decided to go for a christmas card and used the image of father christmas with a candy cane http://www.qkrstampede.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi21305, coloured in pro markers, then added some candy cane style paper, matt and layered on silver mirror board except the topper which is on blue mirror board, then added the sentiment http://www.qkrstampede.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi8711 again coloured in with pro markers.

Eureka DT

Good morning everyone, well what a disaster, a friend updated my computer to windows 7 and lost lots of stuff I had, anyway so got to go around the long way to do things for the minute.

I used the rabbits singing a carol image http://www.eurekastamps.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi16403&cat=85 coloured in with my pro markers. Matt and layered some christmas paper with writing on with silver mirror card, added a sentiment and some card candi to finish off.

I used this fab image coloured with pro markers, then matt and layered onto the spellbinders shape. Added them to some matt and layered card and paper, added washi tape, sentiment and card cardi. This image is great for christmas and would look great for a card for the kids from the big man himself.

It is DT time for QKR and the theme this time was Hey Turkeys, Strut Your Stuff. So I choose the image of a turkey on a branch http://www.qkrstampede.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi13809, I coloured it in pro markers then added it to some christmas paper and matt and layered it up. Again added some washi tape and some card candi and to finish it off with a sentiment.

DT Post for Eureka

Good morning everyone well it has turned really cold here in the UK, so gloves and hats out I think.

Today is the turn of Eureka for a post, the theme was thanks giving. I used the sentiment http://www.eurekastamps.com/proddetail.php?prod=digi27203, coloured the pumpkin in with pro markers, then found some really great papers in my stash and added to the card. I used washi tape which is a new thing for me and I love it and then added the flowers with card candis.

Well good morning everyone, it is time for Alys Crafty Challenge DT post, this theme was bling, so I decided to go for a christmas tag, I used a tidly inks image coloured in with pro markers, then added some red shiny mirror card and mounted onto a die cut I used for a tag.
